Paid Survey: Advance the Understanding of Alzheimer’s Disease

Many lives are impacted by Alzheimer's disease, and you can be part of the cure.

You can help advance Alzheimer's research by completing a short form to see if you are eligible to participate in a multi-stage survey, which will help increase the understanding of early onset Alzheimer's disease.

Participants who are selected for the study will also receive a $120 reimbursement fee for their effort.

If you are 50 years or older you may be eligible. If you are younger than 50, it is likely you have loved ones who may qualify, and we encourage you to share this information with them.

CureClick, is a new online service created in partnership with WEGO Health to bring clinical trial information to patients.
